10 am                 :  Meeting with village elders on the status of implementation of FRA

11 am to 2 pm    :   Forest Rights Act 
                            Introduction-Trupti Parekh 

                             Overview of FRA - Ambrish Mehta 
 
                             Key note address on significance of property rights by Prof Ken Schoolland 

                             Participative role of communities in improving implementation - Barun Mitra

                             Post rights scenario - Sharing of experiences by village leaders, moderated by Ambrish Mehta

2.30 to 4 pm       :   Field visit to the Sagai village, to visit the community forest rights resources, and assess the management plan prepared by the village committee
